Single Girder Bridge Cranes
When headroom, capacity and spans are not an issue, a Single Girder Crane is your most economical crane choice. Single Girder Cranes are typically the most cost-efficient electric cranes to place into service. ProservCrane Group builds both top running and underhung cranes, with the former being the most popular. A top running crane has a bridge beam sitting on top of an end truck with an underhung hoist; whereas an underhung/running crane hangs from an end truck that rides under the runway beam, also with an underhung hoist.
We offer single girders with capacities from 1 ton up to 20 tons with spans up to 60 ft. using wide flange girders; and up to 75 ft. using a box girder design. For 5 and 10 ton capacities with a 25 ft. lift and spans of up to 60 ft., we have the capability to offer a quick ship service which guarantees delivery within 3 weeks from the time your order is placed.
